“I did not know what to expect when the technician came to the house. He was very nice and explained that the garage door had not been serviced in years. He adjusted the springs, oiled and replaced the cable on the door. He did try to sell me another garage door opener, but when I told him there was no way to afford this at this time, he was very gracious and got the old one working great although he could not guarantee the old opener would last. I think the key is to now be sure to have the door serviced once a year and we will be using this company for sure!”
